Volunteers are absolutely essential to the running of our TROOP AID charity. People from all walks of life have helped us, from students at school and university, scouts and cadets, through to retirees. Many businesses and local communities get actively involved too.

What do volunteers do?

The duties of volunteers and helpers include:

  • Packing all the items into the Grab Bags that get sent all around the world.
  • Attending fundraising events to raise awareness of TROOP AID and increase donations.
  • Collecting donations at many events which often include shops.
  • Office Support which includes being on the phone, writing letters and planning events.
